At Bell of Northampton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings and appliances. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Arrange Collection or Drop-off

  Depending on the item size, we will either provide a prepaid shipping label for small parcels or schedule a professional courier collection for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
